Waking up the Spine and Hips

Theis one hour hatha yoga class focuses mainly on your back and spine. It can be for beginner’s to advanced yogi’s, as there will be modifications for each pose; which makes this class great for everyone. By strengthening our spine, we help our posture, plus build our core.  Taught by a RYT-200 Instructor.
