This class is for all persons with disabilities. If you are recovering from injury, have a disability or require assistance to practice yoga, this class is for you!
Using chairs, you will learn about yoga philosophy, warm up exercises, breathing exercises and a number of basic poses to gently move your body, relieve stress, relax, be energized and heal!
