Pre-teen yoga is for anyone aged 9-12 years. Yoga is quite a tool to have, especially during the pre-teen years. It helps improve not only flexibility and strength, but also self-awareness and confidence. These classes will be an hour long. There will be balancing poses, creativity, and fun. No experience necessary. You just need your mat and be ready to escape the everyday life for that hour!
