Suitable for all abilities and flexibilities.  This is a mat-based low-impact class that will focus on core strength, body balance and alignment.  A method of focused micro-movements that over time can build strength, improve posture, increase both stability and flexibility, and assist with low back pain. Each week will focus on a different area including pelvic stability, core strength, spine, side body, and legs. Please inform instructor if you have any injuries.
