Held on the third Sunday of the month, this workshop will teach you more about how Kundalini Yoga can help you become the healthiest version of yourself! Each month will feature a different theme. No previous experience is required but pre-registration is. Instruction provided by an Internationally-certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor with more than 1000 hours of training.
