For the month of January, join Maureen for this mid-week stress-buster focused on developing an “attitude of gratitude”. We’ll practice Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, with each session focused on shifting our awareness to develop a more readily available attitude of gratitude. Yogi Bhajan says that this “Attitude of Gratitude” is in fact the greatest and highest yoga of all.
No previous experience is required! This class is suitable for everyone!
