This 40-minute session will feature a variety of yoga postures (that may include sun salutation variations), breathing exercises and conclude with a short relaxation. Classes are simultaneously energizing and relaxing, providing energy for the afternoon. These sessions are open to all levels of experience, though no previous experience is required.
