Hatha Flow classes are a more physically active way to practice classical Hatha Yoga. Participants will flow through similar postures to Vinyasa Flow classes at a slower pace – however this does not necessarily mean that it will be easier! Students will flow through a series of sun salutations and standings sequences followed by a lengthening and/or strengthening floor series. Over time, students will benefit from increasing flexibility, strength, balance, and awareness from this practice. Classes end with a final deep relaxation period. All levels of experience are welcome.
