Using one’s voice to meditate is an incredible experience that often makes it easier to move into deeper states of consciousness. Why not take the opportunity this summer to use this 30-minute weekly session to explore the power of your voice?
It is said that the repetition of sacred sounds has the benefit of stimulating specific points on the upper palate of the mouth that result in communication with the brain. In this 30-minute session, we will warm-up our voices (you don’t need to be able to sing!) and learn to use the power of your navel to chant from the heart with feeling.
