Baby and Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga with Radiance M-bodied Yoga is a wonderful way to take care of your mind, body and baby post pregnancy. Strengthen your core, improve your posture, build confidence and relax using Kundalini yoga postures, breath techniques and meditation. Sing and chant to your child as you stimulate their bodies and minds. You’ll also meet other new moms and help to create a community. This five-week session is open to mothers 4 weeks post-delivery or 6 weeks post-caesarian. Please check with your health care practitioner to ensure you and your baby are permitted to join this activity.
